Ingredients:

- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon special family ingredient (e.g., family secret spice blend, special herb, or seasoning)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients for the Vegan Pepperoni, including the special family ingredient. Pulse until well combined and a sticky dough-like consistency is formed.
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a small pepperoni disc using your hands. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make the rest of the pepperoni discs.
- Place the pepperoni discs onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are slightly crispy and the pepperoni is firm to the touch.
- Remove the pepperoni from the oven and let it cool completely before using or storing.
